Where do we deliver?
We ship worldwide, with a dedicated delivery service to the United States, the United Kingdom and across Europe — including Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Belgium and many more. Wherever you are, your order is on its way to you.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is dispatched from France within 2 working days after it is confirmed. Once your parcel is on its way, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe & United Kingdom: about 7 to 11 working days
- United States: 7 to 12 working days
- Rest of the world: about 7 to 11 working days
How much does shipping cost?
- Europe & rest of the world: €2.99, and free from €80 (shown in your local currency at checkout).
- United States: $4.49, and free from $90.
Which carrier do we use?
Your parcel travels with tracked delivery and is handed to your national postal service: USPS in the United States, DHL/Deutsche Post in Germany and Austria, PostNL in the Netherlands, and the equivalent national carrier everywhere else. If you are not home, your parcel is left in your mailbox whenever its size allows.
How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel every step of the way on our order-tracking page.
I haven't received my parcel
If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, please get in touch with us through our online form. We will arrange a reshipment or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind or need a different size? We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. For the full conditions, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
