Refund policy

Returns & exchanges are welcome

Changed your mind, or the fit isn't quite right? No worries — we're happy to help. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. We want you to love what you wear, and the process is simple.

How it works

  • Head to the contact / return form on our website and let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item.
  • We'll email you the return instructions within 24 hours.
  • Pack your item carefully and ship it back to us. Return shipping is at your own expense — unless the item arrived defective or we made a mistake, in which case we cover the return shipping (and refund your original shipping too).

Your refund

Once your parcel reaches us, we inspect it within 1–4 working days. After that, your refund is issued within 3–5 days, back to your original payment method. Please note that original (outbound) shipping fees are not refundable, except when the item was defective or the result of our error.

What can be returned

To be accepted, items should come back to us in the same condition you received them:

  • ✓ Unworn (you're welcome to try it on over your own underwear)
  • ✓ All tags still attached
  • ✓ In the original, undamaged packaging
  • ✓ Free from makeup, perfume or odor
  • ✓ A set returned complete, with every piece included

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and fragility reasons, a few items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Tights and hold-up stockings
  • IRIS gift boxes
  • "Final Sale" and clearance items

Sale & discounted items

Discounted items (outside our 2+1 / 3+2 type offers) are eligible for return, and are refunded at the price you actually paid after the discount.

Sets

A set is designed to be worn — and returned — as a whole. An incomplete set can't be refunded, so please make sure every piece is in the parcel.

Promotional offers (2+1, 3+2 free)

With these offers, the free item is tied to your paid purchase. Here's how returns work:

  • Returning some of the paid items: you're refunded pro-rata of the price actually paid, and you keep the rest.
  • Returning all the paid items: the free item must be included in your parcel too, otherwise we're unable to issue a refund.
  • Returning everything (paid + free items): you'll receive a full refund.
