How to measure:
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your belly button. Keep the tape measure snug but comfortable.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor.
